Bought one because I was having a mold issue in my apartment. Was expecting to have to buy another one, but this one did the job well. Didn¡¯t notice any more mold on my entire apartment since I bought it a couple months ago. The first few weeks I was emptying it about every day and a half and now it¡¯s down to about once a week.

I reviewed quite a lot of dehumidifiers before I decided on this one. As with any product ratings, this model had good and bad reviews. I decided to give it a shot and I¡¯m so glad I did!
I set it up the day I received it and went out of town for 3 days. When I came home, the water chamber was full!
I have a LOT of moisture in my house; there are usually little pools of water at my window sills and the windows are dripping (when the weather is right. Of course, I live in Georgia and it¡¯s VERY humid). I have not seen a drop of water since I came home.
I noticed some reviews complaining that this product did not collect a lot of water. I have to assume they don¡¯t have very much moisture in their house, because this baby works!
It¡¯s also very quiet and aesthetically pleasing.

We live full time in a 40′ fifth wheel. The square footage is approximately 400 square. ft. This works great! No window sweat even while cooking. It takes almost a week to fill the reservoir and it’s easy to move and dump the water. Bye bye humidity ?.

Noise level is great! The light that is blue I would appreciate more once it’s halfway or full with water, not the entire time day/night.. and cord could be longer. Had to buy extension cord.

We use this product in our basement which can get damp and musty smelling as it doubles as our home gym. I installed a rotating fan to keep air circulating and this product needs to be emptied about once a week when it fills up. Works great for me, and the basement is dry and smells nice and fresh.

My house is on a crawl space built in low land. I have had moisture problems due to the age of the home. This dehumidifier checked all the boxes and draws an amazing amount of water out of any room. It is easy to empty water collector. Put collector back in, plug unit back in outlet and turn on. That’s it! Absolutely recommend this for small, damp areas. The air in my room smells very fresh, as it reduces musty smell as well.

The volume is a perfect (for me) white noise level.

We had issues with ours only lasting about 6 months (used only during summer months over the year) and were very upset when it stopped working. The company contacted me and let me choose to have a full refund or to replace the product. Although we chose the refund, I am glad that things are being fixed.
