This toaster was working great until it suddenly stopped. But after I contacted customer support, I was able to fix it by adjusting the lever. Now it’s back to working like a charm!

This toaster does a great job with bagels! I really like the cancel feature; it’s very convenient. And it looks good on the counter. My old toaster didn’t have that option, so this is a definite improvement. The only drawback is that it’s a bit on the lightweight side, but overall, I’m very satisfied.

This toaster has everything I was after. It makes great toast, and all the features work really well. I do wish it was made entirely of metal, though, because it feels a bit on the lightweight side. But I guess that’s to be expected for the price. All in all, I’m still really happy with it.
