Direction
- Place all ingredients as order listed in to the baking pan which is fitted with kneading paddle.Order of mixing ingredients: Butter(Softened ) → Water → High-gluten flour → Sugar → Salt → Yeast → eggs(Beat eggs before adding) → Milk powder
- Take the baking pan into the Bread Maker chamber.
- Turn the menu knob and select “BASIC BREAD” menu, turn the knob to crust and select “Medium”(or Light/Dark), turn the knob to loaf and select the size(1lb,1.5lb.2lb).
- You can take the ingredient drawer out and put some preserved fruit like raisin into the ingredient box, and then turn the knob to raisin dispenser function and select with “Enter” button.
- Then the display will show the program running time, please refer the program time table.
- Press “START/PAUSE” button to continue.
- When cycle is completed, remove bread from baking pan and transfer to wire rack to cool.
