I’ve read the reviews about how this doesn’t heater doesn’t hold up on a long term basis if used in a bathroom. This was my objective – to find a heater that works well in my bathroom. Well, I bought this and so far after just a month, there’s no problem. It has an adjustable thermostat so I can control the heat; different fan speeds, and a switch to turn on/off the oscillating motion. This unit has all the features I’m looking for. My last bathroom heater lasted over 10 years, so if this one lasts half as long as that one, I’ll be thrilled. The price is very attractive, and won’t break the bank if I have to rebuy for the ‘humidity’ reason. But I am very happy with this heater so far.

Excellent! I’m using it in my apt. living/dining room, because the heating is lousy here, and the place is drafty as hell. This is the first winter here I haven’t had to wear three layers and still ended up feeling frozen. Don’t know why it took me so long to get a space heater, but this one works like a champ. As to the noise some reviews have mentioned, it’s a lot quieter than my air conditioner is in summer…and *that’s* an 800 BTU unit, cooling the whole place. The space heater isn’t any louder than your basic box fan on medium or so. I highly recommend it!

It still turns on and the fan blows but the fan no longer blows hard enough to make any bubbles. I bought this heater because it is reasonably priced, looks really nice, and the reviews on it were very favorable. When I received it, I tried it immediately, and was very pleased with its performance. I never go beyond setting number one, because it’s plenty warm. It heats a small bedroom in no time. While the metal grill can get very warm, the sides, top, bottom and rear of the unit stays relatively cool to the touch. It can oscillate left and right, just like a cooling fan. I like this portable heater, and I give it 5 stars.

PERFECT for spot heating under supervision. We keep the house cold in the winter to conserve energy and recently bought this heater to use in the bathroom. Turn it on when you get into the shower/start the bath, and by the time you’re clean the room is very cozy for drying off and dressing. Have also used it for the bedroom overnight, but needs better thermostat control for that use. It got much too warm. Absolutely no noticeable effect on electricity bill.

It’s a little chilly coming out of the shower on a winter morning and this remedies that. The size is great, fitting nicely between the two sinks on the vanity. It looks good, too, and the handle makes moving it easy. Heats up very fast. I plug it in and immediately it generates heat. The various settings make it versatile and the optional oscillating setting works well directing the heat around the room. I set it on high and oscillating and by the time I step out of the shower, the room is a nice, toasty warm. It’s size and portability make it perfect for using it in other areas of the house if needed. It’s a nice backup in the event the furnace malfunctions. This will provide warmth and comfort in a room until the furnace is repaired.
UPDATE: April 2021. Four years later and it’s still running like it did when new. Instant heat, smooth oscillating, fully functioning fan. This was a great purchase. Highly recommend it.
UPDATE: I’ve had this for three years and it is working exactly as it was when new. Highly recommend.

I ordered this for my kids, and they loved it. That was, for a few months before it stopped working. It looks like some moisture got into the battery compartment and corroded it. Also, it takes six batteries which don¡¯t last very long and it¡¯s not exactly easy to change them out. A standard screwdriver won¡¯t work here. I¡¯m going to keep searching.

It’s a great bubble blower and totally serves its purpose, but it may be a better idea to get a corded one if you’ll be using it often. I bought this one to keep my kids occupied while I work, so it’s used multiple times per week, and it goes through batteries so fast that it becomes a significant recurring charge. Not a big deal if you’ll only be using it for special occasions, but if you plan to use it with any regularity it would be more cost effective to get one that plugs in.

I¡¯ve now gone through two of these already this summer and I finally just got an entirely different one this week since I didn¡¯t feel like wasting more money on a third. It is cute and did work very well (when it did actually work) plus my daughter loved it. However, each one only lasted a few weeks max before not working any more and the amount of batteries I wasted was insane! The first one would just fry the batteries almost instantly and I¡¯ve no idea why. They would leak and almost explode within an hour the thing would stop working! I was super disappointed since it really did an impressive job blowing good size bubbles pretty far too!
